Kathleen Seasholtz
Vice President of Development and Communications

Kathleen Seasholtz joined Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley (CCCS) with 20 years of experience in marketing and business development with corporate and non-profit organizations. She leads the organization's marketing and development efforts including grant support, corporate sponsorships, community partnerships and communications.

Prior to CCCS, Seasholtz was an independent consultant providing strategic marketing and communications consultation services for a diverse mix of clients within energy/chemical, healthcare, financial services and non-profit sectors. She also served as project director for a federally-funded fire prevention education initiative for The Burn Foundation, managing the project from final production phase through launch of community outreach.

Seasholtz previously led the marketing and business development efforts for GailForce Consulting, a strategic marketing and communication firm and lead the marketing function for the launch of three venture businesses for PECO, a Fortune 100 utility company.

Seasholtz holds an undergraduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., and a MBA in marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia. She has served on a variety of board and organizations including Innovation Philadelphia, United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania (Marketing Committee), and the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group.
