Erika V. Loperbey
Vice President of Programs

Erika V. Loperbey has extensive experience working in the areas of workforce development, education, training and program development. She has developed and directed programs to meet the need of various organizations in the public and private sector.

Prior to joining CCCSDV, she worked for PathWaysPA as Manager of Self-Sufficiency Project Development and Senior Training Coordinator. In this role, she coordinated and presented seminars and workshops on The Pennsylvania Family Economic Self-Sufficiency Project(PAFESS), focusing primarily on statewide and national conferences, meetings and forums.
