CCCSDV' mission is “to positively impact human lives and communities through comprehensive consumer credit education, counseling, asset building and debt reduction programs, without regard to economic status.”

To achieve this mission, CCCSDV works in partnership with other non-profit organizations, financial institutions, schools and government agencies (local, state and national) to provide financial literacy services to individuals, families and community groups. CCCSDV carries out its mission by providing financial management educational workshops as well as one on one financial counseling.

To increase reach and conserve resources, CCCSDV forms partnerships with organizations whose constituents need services such as credit, debt management, housing/mortgage/delinquency and bankruptcy counseling and education. When possible, CCCSDV fills programming voids pertaining to financial literacy issues for partner organizations.
