Do you provide assistance for the hearing impaired?

Arrangements can be made to accommodate our Hearing Impaired Clients.  Please contact a CCCS representative for more information.

Is CCCS an accredited agency?

CCCS is an active member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), is accredited by the Council on Accreditation and is a HUD-approved and PHFA and NJ certified agency.

How do I schedule an appointment to speak with a counselor?

To schedule an appointment with a counselor, please call us now to speak with one of our representatives at 1-800-989-CCCS. Counseling appointments are available by phone, online or at one of our local offices.

Do you have an Educator or Presenter that can come to our organization and conduct a workshop?

Our staff of educators delivers workshops to groups of all sizes and interest; including community groups, non-profits, employers, schools, colleges and universities, financial institutions, and government.  Call 1-800-989-CCCS to speak with one of our educators.

What geographical areas does CCCS serve?

CCCS has 19 offices serving residents of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania, and Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties in New Jersey.
