Online Bankruptcy Course

Money In Motion Online Bankruptcy Course

Our new online bankruptcy education course allows you to complete the bankruptcy education requirements from the convenience of your own home and at your own pace.

Consumers who are residents of the following counties in Eastern Pennsylvania and all New Jersey  counties may enroll in our online program:

  • Berks County
  • Bucks County
  • Chester County
  • Delaware County
  • Lancaster County
  • Lehigh County
  • Montgomery County
  • Northampton County
  • Philadelphia County
  • Schuylkill County

This course begins with a pre-test. Next, you are guided through eight chapters of materials. At the end of each chapter, you must complete a short quiz. Once you have completed all of the chapters, you are required to complete a multiple-choice post-test. There is also an audio file available to listen to the course on the Money in Motion website.

You must spend a minimum of two hours completing the online course and will not be able to access the required post-test until the minimum amount of time has been met.

Once CCCSDV has verified that you have completed the course and post-test, your certificate will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

Notice:  Please be aware that your email spam filter may block e-mails from CCCSDV and/or Money In Motion containing your userid/password and/or certificates.  If you have not received your e-mail, please check your spam folders.

There is a $50 fee for each participant.  Fee reduction or waiver to those consumers demonstrating an inability to pay the requested fee, e.g. those living below the poverty line, is standard practice.  CCCSDV will waive the fee for debtors whose income is equal to to less than 150% of the estimated poverty threshold for their applicable family size as published in the current Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.  Documented proof of income must be submitted.  It you feel you may qualify to have the fee waived, please e-mail our Bankruptcy Representative, and you will be contacted.

To register your client, please follow these steps:
  1. You will leave the CCCSDV website and be linked to Vanco, our third-party Online Payment Service provider to pay for your course using a debit card.
  2. Once you have completed the payment process, you will be given an ID and Password so you can begin the online course through our education provider, Money in Motion.
  3. You can log in and out of the Money in Motion site at any time.
